1. Introduction
Welcome to the www.hifazatcare.org (the platform) an initiative of “TS Foundation Charitable Trust” (hereinafter referred to as the “trust”). This website is maintained and managed by KD Financial Services (hereinafter referred to as the “service provider”), which is the controller and responsible for this website. Both the Trust and the Service Provider respects your privacy and is committed to protect your personal data. This Privacy policy governs the use and safeguard your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. Definitions
PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession). It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
COOKIES are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.

It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other privacy notice/circular/other document we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This Privacy Notice in addition to the aforesaid document and not intended to override them.

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

5. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU:
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
a) Identity Data includes your name, maiden name, username or similar identifier, date of birth, the language you use, and gender.
b) Contact Data includes your email address.
c) Financial Data including your payment card details.
d) Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you may have purchased from us.

f) Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
g) Usage Data includes information about how you use the Platform.
h) Marketing and Communications Data including your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences. We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data), nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to render the services that we aim to. In this case, we may have to cancel the service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link.

Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through any device (“Usage Data”). KD Financial Services uses the collected data for various purposes:

KD Financial Services will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

0.3.5. with your consent in any other cases;

10. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental/guardian consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
